Curt Tomlinson built his first company out of a basement and grew it into an eight-figure business, sold to Lucent Technologies. He was named an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year, and was a senior vice president at twenty-three — an age when most people are still deciding what they want to do.
He retired twice. Both times it failed to hold. What he learned is that mastery is not a finish line you cross and then rest behind — it is a practice you keep, or lose, at any age.
So in the decade his peers spent planning leisure, he went the other direction. He became a PADI Master Scuba Diver, a rating held by fewer than two percent of certified divers, and in 2025 he won the PADI Global Master Scuba Diver Challenge. He is married to Ronda, more than forty years now, with three grown children and four grandchildren.
Today he runs Seisan, the consulting firm he founded in 2001, and writes and speaks on the one idea his whole life has argued for: your best chapter is not behind you, and no birthday, diagnosis, or failure has the authority to say otherwise.
The Assessment gives you a starting point, a personalized report, a 30-day path and a way to measure what changed.
